A novel Hero Quest adventure inspired by a classic short story. This quest is perfect as a one-shot for players, and provides a mechanic for new players or experienced players to play together. This highly challenging adventure provides a unique experience, which highlights handling traps and lesser used spells, in addition to classic hack and slash combat. It also features an assortment of new artifacts. Uniquely, the quest is technically playable by up to six adventurers, and a diverse array of strategies are possible.

This is a really, really cool quest.
It was unfortunately disqualified from the Quest Jam due to an overuse of assets (doors). It would be awesome to see a similar quest submitted next year!
Unfortunately, I saw no way to do this one right without using more door types. That's why I included an explicit mitigation in the quest notes on how to deal with it using only base game components (or, optionally, expansion components). And some games won't notice it at all.
